I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 20 years experience working with individuals and groups, specializing in addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, grief and problem gambling. My approach is client centered. I believe that people can learn, change and grow to become empowered and resolve their problems.
I am trained in EMDR level II, Gentle Reprocessing, Solution Focused Therapy, Problem Gambling, Mindfulness, Shamballa Reiki and Clinical Supervision.

Cash options are always available ranging from $150 for initial assessment and $100 for a 45-minute session.
Cash payments for Family Therapy ranges from $150 for initial assessment and $125 for a 1-hour session.
