Forgewell Solutions started in 2013 with a vision of a space allowing clinicians to have more independence with their clinical work but have support to develop a viable business. We are a collaborative private practice which means individuals runs their private practice under the roof of Forgewell Solutions. We want therapists to have the freedom to choose their preferred client, hours of operation and work/life balance routine. These freedoms create a space for therapists to be excellent clinicians. We strongly encourage attending training and conferences and we often share educational material. We truly support each other in this journey. Our therapists do not pay a percentage to the office. We do not track productivity or hold people to quotas.

 

We offer a beautiful working environment with a waiting room, individual office space, numerous bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes and ample parking. We have monthly supervision, free advertisement on our website and referral sharing. We are a supportive and warm environment helping clinicians learn the skills of business development to grow the practice you want. We have group rating for training and we offer one on one supervision and business development meetings.
