The COVID-19 crisis is, without a doubt, one of the biggest challenges we are facing right now. In crises like these it’s important to come together as a community. We at Genera Health Direct would like to offer our help.

TELEMEDICINE: KEEPING HEALTHY AMIDST THE CRISIS

Now, more than ever, receiving good medical advice is paramount. That’s why a relationship with a good primary care doctor is integral to keeping healthy amidst this crisis. As part of our commitment to the community, we are opening the doors of our practice to people who need to see a doctor but cannot leave their house or workplace through our telemedicine practice.  As a telemedicine-powered practice, we at Genera Health Direct have the technology and processes in place to provide primary care remotely to patients from the safety of their home or workplace.

This telemedicine service is partnered with our relationship-based approach and is designed to provide members with high-quality, patient-centered primary care service during these uncertain times.

Times like these are moments for us to come together. To help the most number of people, we are offering special lowered rates to ensure that everyone has access to high-quality care from a compassionate and highly-trained family doctor. We are offering affordable pricing for one-time phone consults at a reduced fee of $49*, as well as discounted monthly membership for those who wish to have access to ongoing remote consults and monitoring, (text, phone, video) at the same rate of $49* a month (down from $80 a month).


HOME-BASED COVID TESTING KIT If the patient requires virus testing as determined by the physician after the phone-consult, a home-based viral testing kit will be given quickly subject to submission of the following:

  • Signed consent form;

  • Front and back copy of insurance card;

  • Front and back copy driver's license; and

  • $30* administrative fee   

Insurance rates for testing procedure vary.  Medicare typically charges $250 for viral panel including COVID-19.
