I am a licensed social worker in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I graduated from  STCC, Smith College, and Springfield College, where I earned my MSW. I have 20+  years of experience providing clinical services, in a variety of settings, to include:  trauma centers, mental health agencies, legal settings, crisis response teams/early  diversion programs, behavioral health hospitals, recovery programs, and medical  facilities. I have worked with individuals in the acute phase of their experience as well as  during a successful transition to health. I have helped individuals and groups address  the challenges of substance dependence, chronic illness, loss, trauma, depression, and  anxiety. I prioritize the goals of those with whom I work and I display patience, empathy,  and compassion, while helping individuals work towards their established goals. I am  experienced in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Care, 12 Step  Facilitation, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
