A message to our clients about COVID-19

At Forgewell Solutions our clients' emotional and physical health is always at the forefront of our actions. We know there is growing concern about the Coronavirus. We want to ensure that our clients feel safe and cared for as part of this mental health practice. As per the CDC recommendations, regular cleaning is one of the most important measures we can take. We are taking the next two days to make sure we deep clean our offices to provide you with the safest environment possible.

During this time our in-person session times are being disrupted. We will be offering telehealth services to our clients. Please take advantage of these services if you can.

We will have sanitation stations in the waiting areas for our clients to use including hand sanitizer and tissues.

Please do not come to your appointment if you are not feeling well.

We will be using bleach cleaning products daily on high interaction sites such as door handles, sink taps and toilet handles.

There are NO presumptive cases of COVID-19 in the office at this time, and this action is being taken out of extreme caution. The actions far exceeds the guidelines set out by the CDC and MA DPH. We are committed to all of our clients' well being and we look forward to working with you on your journey for a happy and healthy life.
