I am a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. I have extensive experience providing office and school based individual therapy to adolescents and young adults. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, and family/relational difficulties. I utilize a person centered, strengths-based approach that incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Solutions Focused Therapy; Mindfulness; and the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) Framework.​
